That is pretty weak flaming. The main reason I call it weak is because I
agree with most of what you said.
I agree that the future is DOM. The problem is that there are these
creatures called "bosses" and they have these other creatures called
"marketing" and these creatures want support for old arcane things like NS4.
I think the reason not many people contribute to the API is because it is
already built and done. All it needs are tweaks OR new radical ideas (why
don't we split it DOM and non DOM).
The way I want DynAPI to develop is people writing more and more widgets,
routines, classes to make actual application development easier.
