{I'm wondering if we should ask one of those big
{companies (microsoft, sun, netscape, etc...) to
{sponser the DynAPI project. Maybe this will help to
        {speed things along?

Maybe Sun would do it, but I doubt it that MS would, after
all this is supposed to be a Cross-Browser DHTML library,
and not a IE DHTML Library.... :)

Maybe Macromedia? So they can integrate DynAPI with their
"brand-new" HomeSite?

I don't wany to appear to be whining, but... (there's always
a but!!!)

I and others on this list have offered to participate in
different parts of the development process of the DynAPI and
most of the time have been largely ignored, probably because
at those times Dan, Jordi, Robert, Pascal and several other
were developing for the DynAPI, so there was no shortage of
developers. But now that they left (except Jordi) suddenly
there's a "no-developer" panic... <sigh>

I still maintain that a good user manual is a key to maintain
and improve the user-base of the DynAPI. Most of the time, users
have to figure it out for themselves how to do this and that.

Even a FAQ would be a giant step :) to improve things.

best,

NunoF
