We have been discussin internally about bulletproof worst case detecting of browsers. I mean that there should be standard documented way to detect and redirect old browsers and browsers thad do not support advanced features like Javascript (Lynx) in to worst case page set.
I know that this isn't really DynAPI issue, but maybe something in to documentation and example as well ... (index.html, which would have replaceable fields). This would promote good practise to inform users of old browsers about problems instead of showing pages with broken layout and errors.
What do you think?
