Yes, and it's exactly for this reason that I think that, maybe, the
DynAPI2 Label widget should have an optional, physical cover layer.
It's the only way I've found (so far) to truly keep text from being
selectable and to keep IE from throwing those darned onMouseOut events
when you move the pointer over text.
