Hi,
I tried something;
The parentLayer is
dragEnabled.
The childLayer covers parts of the parentLayer, and has
"e.setBubble(false)"
in
it's onmousedown eventlistener, so the
parents dragevent isn't fired.
for those who're interrested, I put an example called
"draggingAnotherLayer.htm" up here:
http://www.richardinfo.f2s.com/?menu=examples&node=1
although I noticed this server is very slow today, maybe try the mirror:
http://www.resass.f2s.com/?menu=examples&node=1
Btw, does anyone have some code lying around, to check the connection
speed
of two servers, and redirect as necessary?
I would prefer
client-side as I always spawn a popup anyway.
I was thinking of asking
an image from each server and timing the onload
event, and redirect to
the fastest, but maybe someone has done it already.
Cheers,
Richard :o
