Sorry if this is an old topic but I couldn't find any information on
this behavior.
What would I be doing that would prevent certain events from working.
Right Click - does not bring up the shortcut menu
Resize - does not invoke a resize event.
One user can't even scroll with the scrollbar.
(This goes away when I remove the events.js but I use that to determine
the location of the layer when it appears.)
