Sorry about not writing the browser and platform.

These issues are actualy IE 5.5 running windows 2000

The scrolling problem was in the browser window and not in a widget.

(These problems are not consistent on the same browser and operating
systems)

And it kind of throws the reality of compatability in my face.

By the way no problems with Netscape realy reported
              -in fact now that event detection is fixed if
getContentHeight would 
                start working in NS6 ... that . . . would be . . . Awesome.
