Ok Doug, beat me if I am wrong.  But strolling thru the beta I was left with a general feeling of "Why use DynAPI2 at all?".  Your layout is so conventional that it appears in the end you have the typical "frameleft navigation" + "content frame right" that uses your scrollbar that looks and acts like a broken version of the IE bar that would be their if yours wasn't. 
 
I just have to ask "Why even add the overhead of DynAPI if the net result "seems" less then conventional in usablity and equal to conventional in appearence and presentation?"

BTW. the demo uses two slightly different scrollbars..
You'll notice the one in IE looks a little nicer.
(I have a wee glitch in my Layer3D.. but I did say it was and alpha, right?)
