Just use a scrollpane and set its contents as a list, then you'll have
a scrolllist.

The scrollpane example included with the DynAPI 2 uses a label to set
the contents.  Just use a list instead.  The beauty of v2 is
that it doesnt matter what you add to the scrollpane as long as it is
a dynlayer or a subclass of a dynlayer.
