Are you using IE5.5?
I know there a horrible leak in NS4.
I just tested it in IE5.5, and the first time you click it, it uses more
ram, which is to be expected as we are downloading new source, and creating
new objects. but after that you can click it as much as you want without any
increase. (by my measurements)
The page does not however release all the memory on refresh, as it should,
but I think that's more a cause of lots of horrible little hacks, using
recursive setTimeouts and the like, than caused by faults in the DynAPI.
This page has been a testing ground for all sorts of stuff, and the source
is a mess.
I'm not going to do any work on it though as I'm bored with it, and want a
fresh interface when I get the chance.

I will however try some separate examples of loading external content, and
creating objects on the fly to see if there is any leaking going on there.

Richard.
