Ha,ha I know how you feel, sometimes I get the same impression, I remember
once we decided to answer messages, even if we didn't know the answer, but
this was a little ridiculous.

On your two last posts;
I didn't know NS4 reloaded frames on resize, it's not done by the API as far
as I know.

On the form things, if you can make a very simple example replicating the
error, it's easier to see what you want.
Inline layers don't always work like you would expect them to.
You can make a dynlayer, and set a form as it's contents with
setHTML('<form></form>)
This works fine, except for a few form elements that look strange when
dragged (best hide while dragging).
You can access the values of your form elements like this:
myLayer.doc.formname.formelement.value
