Thanks a heap!

One question though:

For the forms thing, (technical jargon alert) ;o)
I'm doing this:
var mf=DynAPI.document.getAll()["mainadform"];
then this
var ma=mf.doc.main;

it says that "ma has no properties", yet elsewhere in the document, I access
the mf object and it works.

Please tell me I'm just being an idjit so that I can go home for the day?
But seriously, am I doing something wrong by assigning the ma variable?
