Well, lets see...
We have the DynAPI, DynacoreAPI (extinct), AfroAPI, DOMlib and now the
genericAPI. I vote for adding the Richard API, we can code name it
"Bahaman", I throw in my own API code named "rock". I think by the time
were done we should have successfully completed the absolute and total
confusion of our alleged user base.
I'm involved in a few Open Source projects and this one has to be the most
self-fragmenting of them all. Rather then extending itself into new areas
all "embraced" by a single ever-growing pool of the "faithful" we scatter
fragments like a "rock" that falls off a gravel truck at 90MPH and skips to
eventual obscurity down the road.
