Copying code from DynApi, slightly extending it, maybe packaging it
with a new structure doesn't justifies splitting or fragmenting the
community.

But there may be valid reasons for a new API. If you have your own
ideas which are incompatible to the existing code or would require a
total redesign, if you want to show the world that the thing you dreamed
of is practically implementable... this would justify an own OO
xbrowser api. And this is what sometimes causes real innovation.
