Let's hope that's the case.
I really don't know what sort of content they intend to deliver.
Only that their programmer insists that he can't do Dynamic Layers in NS.
<grin>
And (to re-iterate) that it must be fastish at 28.8kbps
And that no one page may exceed 32k (including graphics)
