ive been experiencing a rash of problems in pages with heavy dynapi and javascript
and forms in mac ie5 (above and beyond the usual difficulties in mac ie)
normally exiting with the wonderfully descriptive 'ie has unexpectedly quit
because an error of type 1 (or 2) has occured'
