What is the best way to create an element inline so that it will appear in it's correct place within the html? The examples I have looked at use moveTo() onload to set the position onscreen, but that isn't what I want to happen. I've got a bunch of tables on a form and I need the DynAPI element to appear in the correct place, and since the form is dynamic I cannot know where exactly the element should be positioned.
