Never mind, I got it. A closer examination of the inline examples on richardinfo.com, the examples and a little guesswork was all it took. However if anyone involved in development is out there, the API documentation is very very sparse to say the least. A couple of examples on each of the API methods and a sentence or two would be very nice. Now that I understand how addChild() works I'm jazzed about DynAPI, but I had to figure it out with guesswork...
A perfect example would be DevGuru's js reference, which is a permanent fixture on my toolbar. http://www.devguru.com/Technologies/ecmascript/quickref/js_methods.html jon ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jon Hall" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, November 26, 2001 8:13 PM Subject: [Dynapi-Help] Creating element inline instead of moveTo() > What is the best way to create an element inline so that it will appear in > it's correct place within the html? > The examples I have looked at use moveTo() onload to set the position > onscreen, but that isn't what I want to happen.
