Where does the style tag go?  In the body tag?  If so,
that didn't seem to work.

Unfortanetly, I still need IE to have some scroll
abilities, just not a few pixels worth of empty space.
 So the scroll=no option doesn't really work. (Though
it did work as you stated, thanks).
