DynAPI v2.5.x is largely based on the ability to create things after the page has 
loaded. Opera doesn't support that ability in any way that I have found. It might be 
different with Opera 7 that is to be released soon. DynAPI also supports inlining but 
I don't know how that works with Opera at all.

I believe the next DynAPI release (named 2.9 for now) has better support for Opera.
