Hi,
I run E13.3 right now and the autoraise feature doesn't run quite right.
in my config files I specify :
autoraise on 8000
(8 s because I don't like windows jumping out too enthusiastically when
the pointer moves across them)
Mostly this works fine, but on some rare occasions no windows claim
focus, even when the pointer sits squarely in the middle of the window.
More frequently and hence more annoying is that I can't move windows
that are not on top properly : either the window does not budge or it
teleports to the new position about half a minute after the move. In
the worse case E suffers a lapse of consciousness or such so that
neither frantic clicking nor panicked typing does any good for a short
period of time.
I'm confused.
