That would be their claim SIR, but if you check the USPTO you will discover
that "EGOLD" is NOT TRADEMARKED by GS&R, they own "E-GOLD" NOT "EGOLD."  In
fact, "EGOLD" is trademarked by a different entity.  Our reason for not
proceeding is because we don't wish to harm the relationship with E-GOLD and
destroy the service we intend to offer by having them refuse an account with
which to operate, at least under the name we want.

NEVERTHELESS, we have several options:  1.  maintain the exclusivity of the
system for ourselves and develop it on our own exchange site, and become the
most competitive market maker for E-GOLD,  2.  make the system available to
other market makers to use to provide the service so that more E-GOLD
customers can be served, or 3.  simply try to make a deal with OMNIPAY for
the exclusive.
