They have a "pay anyone" feature on their online account interface. You can initiate an inter bank transfer to any account in any other Australian bank online, and it happens in "almost real time. Inter bank clearances happen at midnight, so any transfer I do today will be cleared at midnight tonight. The limit is currently $5000.
