Dagny, I don't see arrogance.

e-gold WILL NOT REVERSE SPENDS.

This gets lots of people upset.

Which sort of people?

Particularly those people in the HYIP community who endlessly lose
their passwords, have their machines stolen at night by the NSA and
filled with Trojan Viruses, etc.

{Important Footnote: as I state endlessly, I have nothing against
HYIPs philosophically and could care less if folks play them and want
to play them. I think it's a great example of laissez faire
capitalism at work. Go For It. I encourage all HYIPsters to use the
highest possible programming and organizational standards, though, as
I would encourage any enterprise. Let's face it -- HYIP spending is
the backbone of the e-gold economy, or at least a large chunk of it,
so who can coimplain?}

Anyway, let's call a spade a spade:

People (especially the HYIP crowd) whine that e-gold WILL NOT REVERSE SPENDS.

Other than that, e-gold customer service is no better or worse than
any other organization of their size.
