I apologise if this is off topic, but I must agree with JR here. Early this
year I met with the operator of offshore.tv in NZ. His name is Jared
Sherwood (AKA Dave Wilson) and he also ran the netartworx.com site. He
claims they were hacked and had all their e-gold stolen... what a great
history for an internet payment system... but I digress...

When I met with Mr Sherwood (he initiated the meeting), I presented the
business plan for Pecunix (http://www.pecunix.com) because he had expressed
an interest in participating in the venture in some way. We discussed a
number of the finer aspects of Pecunix at some depth, and it is obvious that
Mr Sherwood listened very carefully.

The netpay.tv offering is an exact (almost) copy of the Pecunix business
plan. Anybody who is willing to blatantly steal and attempt to implement
someone else's business plan can not be considered honest. Of course, during
our discussions it was obvious that Mr. Sherwood had very little if any
understanding of the necessary governance structures needed for the gold
storage and he certainly has no concept whatsoever of the security and
integrity required for a financial quality system.

It appears that the netpay system is already showing it's true heritage
(HYIP, MLM, scam) and they run a public forum on delphi.com. Here is an
interesting thread from their forum titled "I have been ROBBED !".
http://www.delphi.com/netpaytv/messages?msg=143.1. It appears they have the
same sort of security issues as they had with Netartworx.com!

Regards,

Sidd.
