This site is apparently DEAD. I have applied to enter this association by e-mail twice and didn't get ANY response (try any e-mail and you'll see). I registered and tried to post some really significant news about our first MULTI-CURRENCY DIRECT ACCESS EXCHANGE http://www.indx.ru/eng where anyone can exchange all major currencies in real time, but again - silence and no response! Maybe 'traders' of this association are not ready to trade? Maybe they like the extra margin they get too much? It seems to me they are not so much of a 'traders' yet. Who is in charge of it anyway?
