Greetings to the list...

This is the first time I have posted here but some of you already know me as we are in
the process of adding e-gold market maker facilities and debit cards to our payment
processing system which is essentially designed for low-value international payments
such as e-commerce, mail order and magazine subscriptions.

I would like to comment that the offshore debit card we offer, now in the final stages
of beta testing and launching later this month, offers a number of facilities which
should make integration into the international banking system easier and I will
compare to the SR card mentioned below:

The Fidex Maestro card is a Maestro/Cirrus debit card, with base currency of US
dollars although it is not issued in the USA. It works in most ATMs worldwide and also
in EFTPOS systems, both pin-based and where a signature is required.

For Fidex debit cards there is a $20 account opening fee and a simple $12 per month
maintenance fee.

There is no transaction fee for POS transactions, and no currency conversion fee for
USD transactions.

Also there is no fee for loading e-gold (at e-gold's USD rate) on to the card which is
possible via an on-line, fully automated interface. Clearing transactions from e-gold
to the card unfortunately takes 24-48 hours which is the fault of the international
banking system, not us!

There is a transaction fee for cash withdrawals which varies depending on the network
and location.

Our cards have a cash withdrawal limit of $10,000 per day and a POS limit of $25,000
per day. There is no maximum or minimum balance.

Finally we can also accept wire transfers in all major currencies which can be
credited to the account at very favorable exchange rates, even negotiated individually
for larger amounts.

If anybody is interested in ordering one of these cards, they can do so now... please
email me offline.
