First, europeans currencies will be gone for sure eventually. Keep it simple and show the reality.
Second, I would order the unit descriptions by their importance: grams USD Dollars' worth EMU Euros' worth (in couple of years Euros will go first) ... ... Third, I would make the gram as the default not the USD. The reason is simple. Show what e-gold really is. At goldcurrencies we refused to do any transaction in anything else than grams. And our users are getting very familiar with the concept. Furthermore, they understand better than most user what is e-gold. They know that they are getting grams of gold which have a different value in different currencies. I am convinced that a majority of e-gold users think of e-gold as US dollars they can transfer. This is wrong and perpetuating this idea is wrong. Fourth, I would kill de "oz" unit description.
