Hello All,

On the topic about e-gold under attack by robots.

Recognition of complex patterns is effective method
but may be breaked by neural network style of robots and
generating these patterns is consuming extra CPU time.

Every attempt to break in already consumes CPU time for
SSL protocol encryption and if e-gold will add more checks
then it may create the possibility for denial of service
attack on e-gold servers.

Yet more, if e-gold will add pattern recognition or similar
protection against robots then automatic spends can not be done
using simple scripts and automated exchange service providers
will stop their services.

Good passphrase is secure thing and is consuming
just as much CPU time as needed for user authentication
and no more.

Pattern recognition may be added in the future but everyone
should think twice about it and then make all preparations.

What is really needed now is good logging of all events
on e-gold servers and collaboration with Internet service
providers in order to find the origin of this problem.

The best thing what users can do now is to be calm
and create good passphrases which should be used from
secure machines with secure browsers.

Respectfully yours,
