Dear Graham, I am very sympathetic about the issue of the name theft. It seems to me that private property is a vital issue. If private property is not respected, freedom and life itself are put at risk.
Someone who is willing to take something that does not belong to him is a danger. As your lawyer suggests, it is not far from taking a name to taking money. And from theft of property to theft of life itself is just another matter of degree. As a propertarian, I strongly believe that life, liberty, and property are elements of the same thing.
