Ken,

I calculated the average daily transactions from the Batch numbers (Batch
today - Batch same day at about the same time a week ago) that we have in
our own system.
That is the reason why I miss some data for early 2001 Months and before
that

The rest of the calculations were done by adding daily velocity (from Jay's
file) into weekly figures and dividing one set of data by the other, so that
we could get a clearer picture with Weekly figures (brought back again to
daily averages)

I'm not quite sure I understand the reasoning behind the 42.5 cents average
fee you come up with, but I sure would be interrested in knowing
Where does that figure that 70% of e-gold spends do not have sponsor
accounts come from ?
Have I been I missing something ?

Thanks for letting me know,

Regards,

Patrick,
