e-Fidex is allegedly setting up such an arrangement. However it's said "coming soon" for almost as long as I can recall having done business with them, which goes back some eighteen months or so.
If all else fails you can always transfer money via a market maker from your e-gold account to a brokerage account. This might require careful choice of jurisdictions before doing so, and it is highly unlikely that you could get any brokerage to transfer a third-party wire to someone like Graham or Jim to then go to your e-gold account.
Short version (too late) is "not exactly." But there are indrect ways to do so, and there may of course be someone out there who does it and of whom I am unaware.

If you stuck a gun to my head and demanded my password to the e-gold list, I'd tell you that it was and that you'd better go on and do the deed anyway. :)
