it's very unlikely you could legally divvy one up, I'm guessing!
Perhaps create a private equity partnership, maybe an LLC. Legally I don't think you could actively market or advertise the thing, since it would effectively be a hedge fund. But you could give out a prospectus to "qualified investors."
