I personally know all 7 offshore banks licensed in Belize. And Prominence Bank is not one of them. Taken at face value, therefore, the claim to be licensed in Belize must be fraudulent. There is nothing wrong in my opinion with running an unlicensed cyberspace banking operation if you are honest about it and people are prepared to trust you... but when somebody makes claims which are easily proven to be false, it makes one question the whole operation.
