Please, analyse the fine-print more thoroughly.

To be fair, I most certainly read all of the fine print or I never would have commented on it! There was nothing mathematically incorrect about my analysis that I'm aware of.

If you placing minimal deposit

We're simply using different examples Mr. Bear! You chose the minimal example, I the maximum. I am not privy to what the average deposit is of course. I simply did the math for a $1000 deposit primarily because I would have liked $1000 in free e-gold as per the previously stated offer! Who wouldn't?

can withdraw either if you have more than $62, or less than $18 balance.

Indeed! Statistically however, what percentage of players fully double their money plus 10% at a casino? I have no doubt that it happens on occasion, but I wouldn't think that it happens with great frequency. The arrangement is no doubt a winning proposition overall for the house I would say.

We have around 10000 clients now and these $10000 profits anyway are much
less than our servers cost :)

I suspect that you probably make more than $1 a client. =)

But if client is winning, we are paying out minimum $42 to each. And our
shareholders all time kicking us that we are paying out too much :)

Heheh. I am sure that you are badly bruised from all of that kicking! =)

Think that is not customer-oriented enough?

I just felt that the marketing was a bit misleading! I assumed of course that there had to be some "catch" or "gimmick" and there was. Given the nature of e-gold, you couldn't just literally give away e-gold in such a manner. (except at 1mdc apparently!) It's not a big deal, just a typical advertising "ploy!" Obviously it is a successful ploy to boot! You are to be congratulated! After all, you got me to look at your site... And now you're getting some extra air time on the e-gold list.

Kudos to you for replying.
