Hi Petr,

I would recommend you to try the cross-compiler which is bundled within
Webots. You don't need to own a license of Webots to use it. Just
download the Webots demo from our web site:
http://www.cyberbotics.com/products/webots/download.html, install it and
go to the webots transfer e-puck directory. This directory includes the
latest version of the sercom (i.e., main_com.c) as well as the necessary
libraries and Makefile needed to produce the firmware-1.1.6.hex that you
can upload on the robot. It works on Linux, Mac OS X and Windows simply
by typing "make" in the transfer/e-puck folder (under Windows, you may
need to install MSYS from http://www.mingw.org to have a comfortable
console to type "make").

We are in the process of better integrating all this into Webots, so
that you don't need MSYS under Windows in the future and you can compile
and upload from the Webots built-in text editor.

Let me know if that helps.
