At some point the kernel started disabling this on its own[1]. but what will happen is you'll pretty much drop all tcp traffic (or panic), so you'll notice if you're running into that particular problem. [1] commit 4497b0763cb1afae463f5e144c28b5d806e28b60, 0187bdfb05674147774ca79a79942537f3ad54bd I'm not sure what kernel those commits got included in. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ E1000-devel mailing list E1000-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/e1000-devel
