I have a Supermicro X8DT3-LN4F board - 5520 with dual onboard 82576EB
running 2.6.30.8-64.fc11.x86_64, (igb 1.3.16-k2) and the 4 LAN ports are
bonded.

A few times an hour I see one of these errors:

do_IRQ: 3.178 No irq handler for vector (irq -1)
do_IRQ: 3.186 No irq handler for vector (irq -1)
do_IRQ: 3.190 No irq handler for vector (irq -1)
do_IRQ: 2.180 No irq handler for vector (irq -1)
do_IRQ: 2.118 No irq handler for vector (irq -1)

and recently:

There are no obvious adverse consequences and ethtool -S on all 4 ports
show no tx heartbeat errors, which I thought might occur with the TX hangs.

Anything to worry about?
