Tried to shutdown one server for 5 minutes with no effect. Again at 
least 1 error every 10 - 15 min.
As errors appears on all servers with 82574L NIC is seems like the 
problem is with HW or driver.

# ethtool -t eth1
The test result is PASS
The test extra info:
Register test   (offline)         0
Eeprom test   (offline)         0
Interrupt test (offline)         0
Loopback test (offline)        0
Link test (on/offline)           0
