Could you post the patch that you added to your internal driver to make it work?

I'm stacked up with other things at the moment, but will try to get at this
next week.  I think most of my patches are in 3.0.4-rc1, but I have not actually
checked or tried running that kernel yet.  The igb rx-fcs patch should not be 
upstream
since I never got it working.
