When we saw a link flap/reset like this in the past, it was against a certain
switch vendor. Which switch or link partner is this NIC connected to?
Also, can you please provide us with following info? This will help us debug
your issue.

I have big problem with intel X520-DA2 (82599EB based) 10GB ethernet card
under linux.
I get a lot of connection drops, like that:

I tried kernel versions 3.0.x-3.6.x (3.0.* is horrible, only one port is
visible :) ).
Is it known issue? What I do about that to fix it? It's real problem for
me because that machine is used for video steaming and any pause causes
freeze.
