It seems that I had not complete source of ixgbe unpacked (dunno how it 
could happen...).

The driver works, will see in next few days if works fine.



One one note:
- if adapter starts to reset I get something like that:

Unplug DA cable doesn't help. It stops reseting only after removing SFP+ 
from card.
