We have opensuse 12.3 which linux kernel is 3.7.10-1.1.
The motherboard information:
        Manufacturer: Supermicro
        Product Name: X9DR3-F

According to it's hardware manual, there are 6 slots of pcie 3.0 version:
cpu1-slot1-pcie3.0-x8, cpu1-slot2-pcie3.0-x16, cpu1-slot3-pcie3.0-x8,
cpu2-slot4-pcie3.0-x16, cpu2-slot5-pcie3.0-x8, cpu2-slot6-pcie3.0-x16
The first three slots are in domain of cpu1, the last three belongs to
domain of cpu2.

We tried to insert two ixgbe cards on slot2 and slot3(same cpu domains),
system can't recognize the cards, and there are no related information
printed when boot.
It stays the same when two cards are on slot4 and slot5.
But when we switch them to slot3 and slot4, the cards can be recognized
correctly.

Was there any configuration we didn't think about, or may it be the issue
exist in kernel or driver?
Could you help us shooting this trouble?

Thanks,
Best Regards.
