Does it work OK with a newer kernel? Like 3.10? What are the device ID's of the NIC's? Use 'lspci -vvv' to print out the ID's.
Did you check for a BIOS update for the platform? Please see if you have the latest BIOS on the system. If not, please update it. Please let us know. Thanks.
