I haven't been able to find options for controlling the specific 
features of the nic in the bios.  It only seems to allow 
enabling/disabling the individual ports.

I don't believe this is causing any issues (other than the warning 
claiming DCA is being disabled).  The network stack appears to function 
properly, but I don't have any formal performance metrics to measure it.
