Hello! To answer by own question... I tried the Intel driver (1.3.47) and had the same problems. Then I tried Windows 2012R2 and it worked. So the hardware wasn't faulty. As a last resort I tried the newest firmware and IT WORKED! (New firmware-version: f4.40.35115 a1.4 n4.53 e1dc0 ) Sorry for the noise, but I didn't expect the firmware causing this.
