Hey Ajeet, As for the iproute2 support it is in Hemminger's tree. I don't know if a released version is out with the support but here is the patch you would need:

As for the kernel support here this the hash tag of the patch you will need: dd461d6aa894761fe67c30ddf81eec0d08be216b I think you would need at least a 4.3 kernel and I'm not sure if any of the distros have back ported support for it yet. As you can see I kind of jump the gun adding this support but it was really needed by a customer who was willing to live with a more bleeding edge OS.
