Last time I tried to open a issue with them regarding this hardware
(for another issue), they just blamed the switch, the optics, the
operating system, the driver, ...
They also sent me a new Windows driver despite the issue clearly
stating I was using linux and  also sent a firmware update for the
wrong hardware model ...
And finally they just closed the issue with no solutions.

Needless to say I have no faith in them to do anything else than waste my time.
