Unfortunately it's their hardware, and we have to work with them fix the driver 
for their custom implementation. That means they have to send us the hardware, 
etc, which they won't do unless the problem has been reported to them.

Last time I tried to open a issue with them regarding this hardware (for 
another issue), they just blamed the switch, the optics, the operating system, 
the driver, ...
They also sent me a new Windows driver despite the issue clearly stating I was 
using linux and  also sent a firmware update for the wrong hardware model ...
And finally they just closed the issue with no solutions.

Needless to say I have no faith in them to do anything else than waste my time.
