Hi Farinam,
First and foremost, I wish you a happy new year 2005 !

I Cc our public ML

I hope by now we could get an update of your works to determine whether
Analog Devices may give us some positive answers to
http://dev.eagle-usb.org/wakka.php?wiki=RequirementsEagleUsbGPL
for http://dev.eagle-usb.org/wakka.php?wiki=DeveloppementGPL

For the moment we do not (yet) need a final answer, we'd just like an
update about your current state of mind :
- which points are easily understandable and achieved positively ?
- do you have remaining questions on our proposal ?
- have you identified potential problems to do it ? We may find
solutions in common (either privately with our team - if really needed -
or publicly which is our preferred way of working, or both depending on
the subject)
- would you need some more explanations or details on how to proceed ?
Just tell us.

I think that any question is welcome, do not hesitate, it will leverage
our mutual understanding.

I tried to find good reasons for you to go GPL for firmware & DSPcode
http://dev.eagle-usb.org/wakka.php?wiki=WhyWouldAnalogReleaseSourceGPL
I may have forgotten some better ones (please tell me !).

We're looking forward to go on working with Analog Devices on a win/win
basis as already stated in the past, so let's continue what we began
last year. If you need some more time on specific items, tell us your
planning to address them.

Regards
Ben'. aka baud123
